cll1.h added lloption macro
NEW: using iptables-restore for load mangle table
NEW: alternative filtering - TC filter, or iptables classify
FIX: arithmetics overflow in some cases
new option htb-r2q (for root htb class)
new option htb-burst-main and htb-burst-group
new per-keyword parameter leaf-discipline
new way for generate ID class for groups
